I had my 8th Flush. I am a little bit confused again, I must
admit. Well, this time I had two large stones, green stones,
that are made of large number of small ones. Only this
formation looks like a one big firm stone. The two stones
were about 2.5 cm in diameter, and looked really 'huge'.
There were 2 more smaller then these, and I won't count the
others. I thought this time I'll barely have any stones. But
on the contrary, the total volume of the stones amazes me. I
would say it is about 30 ml. Will this ever end? I mean, has
anyone experienced the feeling of having no more stones
flushing out? What is the feeling? When can I expect this to
happen? This is my 8th flush, and thought I'll finish with
stones at my 10th flush. But looks like it won't just be
that way. I will try this Lecithin and flax oil combination.
I completely changed my diet. I don't eat red meat any more.
I avoid sugar, and I started to drink apple juice every day.
I am a little bit worried. I have to admit, I got more
experienced, after 7 flushes, and this last one was really
not hard on me. I am not as exhausted as before. Maybe my
liver is getting better. I would like to share a small
detail from last night. I swallowed the olive-lemon
combination all down in one quick move. And washed my mouth
with tomato juice. It really was not disturbing this time.
It was an easy experience.
