There are NO cures for PMS!!!
What there is...is an understanding of the physiological imbalances
that
cause the symptom pictures.
In my clinical experience, once thyroid dysfunction is corrected, once
adrenal fatigue is corrected, once estrogen dominance is eliminated,
once
toxicity of gut, liver, kidneys is corrected, once mercury is
addressed...thenPMS can be readily resolved. Looking inanely for a
magic
"cure" is a bit counter productive.
So is taking prescription drugs that simply attempt to suppress
symptoms
without ever addressing the cause of the problem.

I think there are as many different "cures" for PMS as there are
symptoms. What may work for some may not work for all.
My husband says the light mask is probably just having a placebo
affect
on me. I say if it is, so what, my symptoms are gone.
It's hard to know what works and why but if you've found something
that
works, be happy. If you haven't, keep looking, it's out there. Don't
give up hope, you'll find it eventually!
