Dear Amy,
As you are having difficulty when it comes to food, I wonder if
the
'Eat Right Diet ' by Doctor Peter D'ADAMO MIGHT HELP, There is a case
histiry of a lady type 'o' who was following a vegetarian diet, when
she
should have been following a meat- based diet,
There is also a section about the best preparations to take to
help
resolve these problems, according to your blood type.
I The back of the book is his address ,, also his website , at
www.dadamo .com
I live in the U.K., nd this book only costs about £7-00.
ALSO there are 4 diets with some recipes worked out '
I also belong to a group who are iNTERESRED IN THE EFFECTSof
FLOURIDE IN
THE WATER. AND the results that this along with flouride toothpaste
in non-flouridated areas can have. I used FLOURIDE TOOTHPASTE and
began to
feel that I had a stomach ulcer!
after changing to a non-flouride toothpaste I GRADUALLY began to
feel a lot
better. several years later It went altogether.
avoiding tea. tea, coffee , aspirins ,and curry, eating a slice of
bread
if you wake up in the middle of the night feeling hungry. and resting
for 20
mins after a meal, or when you feel stressed could help.
or a test for astomach ulcer if it continues.
If you have these symptoms they may make the PMS WORSE THAN IT IS
ALREADY, Magnesium and Vit B6, zinc and EPO, MAY HELP AS WELL!
HUGS ,
Elaine KELLY
