Dear Line,
The U.K., Unlike Denmark and most sensible countries allows it's
Food,Toiletries, and Medicines to be 'Tarted up' with Artificial
Colourings and Flavourings, which cause all sorts of problems,Pms is
one.
Since cutting out these substances from my life ,My life
returned to
normal, from being a 'zombie' controlling my PMS With Valium and
anti-depressants my life returned to normal
Everyone is different, but my lists of what to avoid, and what to
take in
its place, are as follows.
Toothpaste,
Euthymol.Any toothpastes with colourings and Flouride
RELACE with Boots NON -FLOURIDE TOOTHPASTE.
oxo cubes, food containg MSG -=MONO SODIUM GLUTAMATE.E-621
replace with
MEAT cubes from health food shops
avoid ANY OTHER FOODS WITH BLUE AND YELLOW DIE
also avoid highly coloured bath preparations
BEST

(You have to give it some time.........maybe then it will reduce the
amount of PMS.You have also have to make some diet-changes,like cut
back on coffee,salt.....more exercice.....)
Does anyone else have experiences with reducing the amount of
