hi all , we have to remember that bipolar disorder, along with
depression and all related disorders don't have to be debilitating
illnesses. with proper knowledge and information about our illness,
our daily wellness plan, our triggers, and how we start to maintain
control over our moods when we're reaching a crisis point, we can
look forward to freedom in our daily living. we cannot let ourselves
cling to the medical model, and see ourselves not in the clinical
sense, but for who we are. love, hell0kitty (rosemary)
