The miracle belt sounds like it is very helpful because it helps them to access and be concious of their core (center of gravity) and because it adds support to areas that cue the brain into proper balance. It will probably help with body awareness (proprioception) for the same reason. So it is a good thing. What is better however is helping the body cue into the core without a belt. That is why as a Dore specialist I always encourage my clients to cue into their "belly button" or core when they do every exercise even the eye exercises. To cue the posture to be straight and to tuck in the core just a tiny bit activates the brain to know that balance is necessary. It alerts the whole system. It is the position of attention. When we do that day after day with every exercise it really makes for quick progress and it helps to really make
