$15 Billion to Take Over Health Care in Maryland

"Healthy Wisconsin" may be dead (momentarily?), but that hasn't
deterred advocates of government-sponsored health care out east.
The Baltimore Sun reports that a $15 billion plan for Maryland will be
unveiled next legislative session.
The National Federation of Independent Business calls it "a massive
state takeover of the health care industry."
