I have been on newer plan out there call Just Stop Eating So Much by
Gregg McBride. I have a friend who has been on his plan for a four
months and she has lost a good amount of weight. I have seen her on
other plans and she has never looked or sounded so good. She says his
plan is now just a part of her life and she really does not think of
it as a diet program. I just started it myself last month and already
I feel a difference. The thing I like about it is it is safe, not
like all those nasty pills that are out there and also the plan
allows me to eat about the same kind of food as the rest of my
family. His book has great recipes in it that have even shocked me as
my kids ask my wife for his meal choices now. I am very impressed and
proud knowing my children are learning and enjoying eating healthy.

It is easy to follow and safe to stay on as long as desired. You

Hi, I'm a nurse and am always looking to stay in shape due to I'm
slightly overweight. I have tied many diets and some worked for
awhile and some did not. This program was given to me from a close
friend, I have been on it for about a year off and on it found it to
really work. The best part is you eat as much as you like of all
sorts of great tasting food. You don't have to have a shopping list
of special foods and it is safe to stay on it as long as you like.
