I personally have Multiple Sclerosis(25+ years) and yet to be defined
neurological disorders that have had a major impact on my life in the
last 5 years with many of the symptoms affecting my major organs,
especially my breathing, memory, and cognitive function. I have sought
alternative medicine because the $3500 a month in prescription drugs
has not been very effective. The first break through was acupuncture
using MASC (Magnetic Acupuncture Suction Cups) NO NEEDLES! Sort of the
Acupuncture for dummies, it is hard to get it wrong, and after a few
professional sessions, ordered a set and do it myself at home and for
friends. I did find some relief with the acupuncture, but then I read
about footbath detox. Everything that I read made sense to me and so I
went out and purchased a machine. I started out with footbaths every
other day, I started to see a significant change in how I was feeling
and my energy level. I saw a decrease in symptoms from the MS within a
few sessions. My skin has felt like creepy crawlers were under the
surface along with tingling and numbness. For the first time in 25+
years I no longer have these sensations. I also have a gate when I
walk from being paralyzed on my right side from my initial
exacerbation so I drag and limp some with my right leg, the more tired
I am the worse the symptoms. I go to a traditional Chinese massage
therapist for massage to help with the symptoms and to also get my chi
balanced which assists in eliminating toxins and opening the water
channels so the foot detox can be even more effective. They shared a
Chinese secret with me that has assisted in my healing, the therapist
that I go to is from China and does not speak English very well so the
only way that he could explain my right leg condition was that I had
"evil Water" that needed to be removed and it would take a couple of
months to get it out and that would mean I should soak my feet,
including my ankles, in hot salt water making sure to keep the water
hot during the entire soaking he said this was critical for the
success of removing the "evil water". Instead of soaking my feet in
just salt water as he suggested, I decided to use the same theory, but
with the footbath. I have now been doing the footbaths daily and have
been doing so for the last 2 months. I am finally seeing the gate
disappear, even better all of the pain associated with it is almost
eliminated. I will continue to do the same regime until it is
completely healed. I believe these footbaths are nothing short of a
miracle! I also have been on two Alzheimer's medications Aricept and
Namenda for 4+ years because my neurologist feels that I have
something in the gray matter of my brain that is causing memory loss
and cognitive impairment. He explained to me that modern medicine has
not advanced enough in the study of gray matter to do anything else,
he said it is at a cellular level. Since starting the footbaths I am
able to think clear and my short term memory has improved. I was very
excited to share my new discovery with my doctor who is one of the
leading Neurologist's at the Atlanta MS Clinic. I saw him two weeks
ago and he was encouraged by the outcomes of the footbaths and told me
to keep doing what I am doing and he will help monitor my outcome. He
said it made perfect sense to him since it is at a molecular level
that these changes are occurring and since the process is being done
through the skin as the delivery method. My doctor told me that they
have tried something similar with MS patients experimentally in the
past, via direct dialysis of the blood which had poor results. I guess
it would be similar to one foot bath, thinking that will give you a
complete detoxifying when in truth it will take several sessions and
ongoing just to keep up with the toxins we absorb and consume. The Dr.
said that the dialysis of the blood had other potential risks also. So
my journey continues and I believe I am on my way to full recovery.
I have been sharing my experience with my family and friends and they
have seen such positive changes in me that they all want to purchase
or have me give them foot bath sessions.
I could really go on and on, but you may already know the value of the
detox foot bath, that is why your here. Because this process doesn't
have a great deal of documented guidelines,I am wondering about the
frequency most practitioners give to their clients. I agree that at
first your body can only take every other day, but once you have
started the detoxifying process and opening up the channels to release
the toxins, I don't know if twice a month would be enough to be
effective. After the first month I started doing the footbath therapy
everyday, there are times when I feel that I do have to skip a day to
allow for some natural healing to catch up, but I would say I foot
detox 6 out of 7 days a week. I still get a ton of toxins in the water
and feel great! If I stop for a few days I start to get blockage in my
lymphatic system which results in signs of knots and soreness. I would
like to know if any of you know of any reason why I shouldn't do
footbaths daily and could you point me to any documentation that I
could study or read concerning the impact?
In moving forward and offering this to friends and family, I want to
make sure that I would not put myself or others at any known risk. I
would also like to be able to give full disclosure if daily footbaths
had a known negative impact. I am now at about 3+ months of daily
footbaths without any negative impact that I have noticed or felt, but
would love to hear your feedback. It would be very helpful if you can
quote the source or let me know where to go to verify. These footbaths
have the ability to assist the body in natural healing and I believe
could give many people a better quality of life. It has mine!
Thank you for starting the group and I look forward to hearing about
your experiences and insight.
Thank you,
Mr. Monroe
