Hi Trish..
Welcome to the detox group! I think we are up to about 15 members
so far!
Personally, I do have the clients sign something...it is one sheet and
it has their medical history and then the waver. Its not the best...
it wasnt done professionally. It probably would not hold up in court.
But I do have them sign it. If you know an attorney... they could
probably draw you up something that might stand up in court.
