Hi Everybody,
We have been having lots of storms and very "heavy weather". I feel
like I am dragging myself around and walking under water. I know,
lots of places are more humid, but when you get thoroughly dried out
as I usually am, the change is dramatic. All of my lumps, nasty
veins in the angiolipomas and my tendons are swollen, throbbing and
complaining. Yuk. I have a bunch of new bruises and one on the back
of my forearm has a perfect lentil-sized nodule in the middle. I
should have taken a picture of it. It is classic.
Anyway, since the Advil type products don't help and I am so prone
to looking like an abused spouse with all of the bruising, I am
going it without meds. If I get into trouble I can get my darvocet
refilled, but it wasn't helping that much either. So I am slow,
taking warm baths, turning the AC down and not venturing out. The
ultimate couch potato. I must say, I am grateful that I have been
sleeping pretty well. The spasm and bee stings wake me but I wait
them out and eventuelly drop back off.
That whole abdominal spasm thing happens to me when I bend over as
well. It really catches you unaware and is quite limiting. I will
be sore for a whole day after one of those events.
Ok, thats about it for me today. I am hoping that you all have a
good day and am looking forward to hearing from those folks in San
Diego seeing the good Dr. Herbst.
Spoons all around!
Bev
