I use adhesive's all the time. It makes me feel more secure. I do use way way
less than I used to but I don't think I would like to not wear adhesive, it
seems to add a little layer of padding.

i'm doing better but my gums must be shrinking because they are already very
loose. i'm afraid they're going to fall out when i laugh and i laugh alot.
but i haven't had any sore spots for a week now. i haven't used any
adhesive because i don't want to become dependent on that.
i welcome and suggestions or ideas as i'm still new to new "tooth" a.k.a.
upper dentures.
