My extractions were 55 dollars each. I also had the same experiences with other
dentist saying they could save them with root canals crowns etc.. you know all
the things I didn't want to spend money on. I went to "Affordable Dentures"
they were over 4 hours away but did not give me any run around or lectures just
did what I asked. Which was really nice. The uppers are fine but the lowers are
not fitting well at all. I have had the lowers out all day today trying to heal
my lower gums.

Hey Liz .... what kind of costs were involved ? ..... and how did you
get a dentist to pull 21 teeth? ... I have gone to two dentists and
they say my teeth are in "tooo good od shape" to pull them. And both
of them said (almost word for word) .... "that it would be
malpractice of me to do what you request" ..... yeah RIGHT ! ....
DOING what a patient requests ! ...is malpractice ?? ... they just
don't want to see another cash-cow-customer go-away !
The MORE I "look into" the dental-world - the more I see it as a
giant "conspiracy".

about 3 weeks out and I am still adjusting. I am glad I did it all at
once. It was only really painful the first 2 weeks. I am still not
adjusted and not sure I like my new dentures but I guess there is no
turning back. The tops seem easy but the bottoms are not fitting well
cutting my mouth a lot but we shall see. Pulling them all at once is
the only way I would go.
