I have never heard of
adjustable dentues.

Stay away from extremely
sticky candy because it
will stick to your denture
and you will have to take
your denture out to get the
candy off.

I take mine out just before
bedtime and put it in a
bowl of warm water (not
hot) and drop in a tablet
of Polident. I leave mine
out while I sleep. About
every 4 or 5 days, I brush
it with regular tooth paste
using a medium soft tooth
brush. About once a month
I use Denture Brightening
Gel by SEA-BOND to whiten
the denture.

Not that I am aware of.
