Wow, Laura, you certainly did help!
TeeHee! Will keep your first chocolate experience in mind! <G>
I can understand how the news of needing dentures at such a young age
could rock ya to the bones. I am not nearly so young, and can
certainly empathize. Actually, pre-troubles, I used to have pretty
top teath and get many compliments on my smile. I really am looking
forward to being able to smile and laugh again, without scaring small
children. <G> Will say this, though; I can crack up the most
vociferous sourpuss at 50 paces, with the faces I can make! <G>
I wonder if you perhaps didn't have a period of "social changes"
similar to mine. As my teeth began coming out, I found people would
speak just a bit...louder to me, and tended to act as if I were
slightly slow in the brain cell department. Usually it was amusing,
but there were times when it was frustrating, also.
Anyway, Thank you so much for your kind, informative reply. Even with
the simple upbeat tone of your post, you've helped me feel much more
comfortable. Seriously Cool! <G> deb
