Hi Martin


I can tell you that I have had full uppers and lowers for almost 6 weeks and
I know it's going to take me a long time to get use to having them. The
lower doesnt fit very well right now so I found some denture adhesive works
wonders when eating.......dont use too much........the first time I used it I
really had a hard time getting the plate out.....

Every day they seem to feel a little better, but Im sure it takes quite a
while to get used to them.



Maybe some of the longer wearers have some comments that might help both of
us.
