After 50+/- years of horrible, fragile teeth, my dentist has agreed
to take most of them out. He recommended implants for the bottom -
they sink a couple of posts and the entire lower denture is hooked
on these things. You get them taken out every six months for
cleaning etc. The top plate - he wants to leave a few teeth in,
crown and root canal them - and put in a flapper. What do you guys
think? This whole procedure is going to cost a serious chunk of
change AFTER insurance.
