I was quoted almost 60,000 for full upper and lower implants. But this
was not the regular implants that your dentures snap onto and you can take
them back out. These were called "Teeth in a Day" and they are permanent
dentures that do not come out of your mouth unless your dentist removes them.
They way it was explained to me is the dentist first has a CT scan done of
your jaws. Then the images are sent to a company in Germany that makes
the dentures specific to your mouth, using a gold base ( dont' know why
gold). The day of surgery anywhere from 4 to 8 posts and implanted in the jaw
bones and then the dentures fixed. He has said it is the closest thing to
real teeth that money can buy.
Needless to say, I've not had it done as I can't afford the cost.

Hi Deb ..... $ 52,000.00 for your implants ? ... ?? .... that is not just
OVERpriced .. that is UNsane !! ... I went to a local dentist who was going
to do the whole-package for me .... and it was 30k$. And I almost fell out
of the chair.

HOW do they figure all this? ... 2500$(full retail cost) for
top-of-the-line dentures PLUS the implant posts(mini or regulars) that cost
them maybe
10-50$ each ....and then THE REST is LABOR(and gravy
