THANKS Rj for the offer. I have a couple of Q's to start this off. 1) ...Through
typical dental insurance .. what percentage of the bill is paid ...and is
considered payment-in-full ?(I ask this since today I was informed that Medicare
only pays typically 28% of the bill)

2) ... When you are dealing with a dentist on A LOT of work .... like lots of
extractions or many mini or regular implants ... how do you get them to disount
all this work?
