I know what you are going through with the top denture, I had 13 teeth pulled in
Janurary and really hated it. I was in so much pain and couldn't eat anything
but soup. I know the pain is terrible right now but I promise you its well worth
it. I had to go back 4 times to get adjustments but I promise it will get
better. Just hang in there and keep taking your pain medicine.

Hi. My name is Catherine. I am soon to be 31 and just got my top denture and a
partial bottom last Wednesday. I had 13 teeth pulled on top and two on the
bottom. I haven't done so well with them. Of course I know that I need time and
patience and it does not come overnight. :)
It is nice to know that there is a support group on here. I am almost regretting
it. Just because it is painful right now. My gums are still trying to heal, and
I can't chew or bite down on anything. Food is not tasting right to me either.
So far, I have only been able to drink shakes and soups. I cried because it was
too painful to even bite down on a scrambled egg. Does anyone have any tips,
stories, or suggestions for me? I would appreciate it.
