That isn't normal and they need to fix them so that you are comfortable.
Don't be afraid or shy about expressing this. You paid them for a service and
if it isn't up to par, they need to correct this.

You said the key word...they "should" sounds like she filed them too
much...sometimes they might not fit perfectly but in your situation sounds like
they
should do something about this...did you ask for a hard reline? Not sure if
they do those in perms or not maybe someone in the group knows??? Jonell

I don't know if this is normal, but i got my perms about a month
ago. When they called me and told me they were in I was so excited. They
brought me my perms told me to put them in,they didn't fit,I didn't
want to force them in.So the doctor came and said i will have to file
them a bit.Came back now to big.She said it was because of my
bone.Which i went to a oral surgeon had had bone out.She said i will
have to use adheavsive.A week later i went back,i told her they are big
now and i don't want to have to clue em in everyday.I can't eat with
them ,one side falls down. Please let me know if this is normal.I
thought perms should fit like a glove.
