Hi everyone,

For the last few days I've been nursing a toothache that has only
gotten much worse as time has gone on. I went to the oral surgeon
Saturday and he gave me Amoxicillian 500mg to fight the infection,
and Hydrocodone APAP5/500mg for pain. Neither seem like they're
working! My sister just recently had 2 teeth extracted and had a
perscription for Oxycondone and I asked her if I could have a few
because I've been in so much pain. Even after taking 3 within a 90min
time span, I'm still in pain and don't feel any effects from them!!
What can I do to help this pain??
I plan on calling the oral surgeon again tomorrow, but can an
abcessed tooth that's so sensitive to touch & radiating thru my eyes,
head and left side of my face be removed while it's this bad?
I don't wish this pain on my worst enemy!! I will say one thing, it's
made me want to get rid of the upper teeth so I can at least not have
this pain again.
Any thoughts as to how to take the edge off are very
appreciated..thank you!
