I am posting this on behalf of my friend Yvonne, a fellow massage
therapist friend of mine who is currently looking for a co-habitant
as her housemate will be moving out at the end of November.

Therefore, she is looking for someone to move into her house from
December. The house is by 280 near race street. Otherwise, the rest

"Rent is $850 for the master bedroom in a 3 bedroom house that will
be shared by me. The other room is for my massage therapy practice.
My hours are 10-6 pm.

There is a fireplace, backyard (with a gardener), washer and dryer
(and water is paid for!), two car garage, storage space and more.
