I think we can all use this as a lesson for how to word things. In another massage discussion group one woman basically advertised her practice as I don't work on men (that whole every man is a potential rapist pig thing). While I support everyone's right to specialize she would sound a lot less discriminatory if she advertised that she specialized in female massage issues. While this ad we have been discussing does not say they are looking for a female Chinese national it does strongly insinuate it. Mentioning that right now only women work there sort of gives you the impression they are looking for a woman. If that is what you are looking for fine but we all should be very careful to not put it in writing or for goodness sake actually say it to an applicant.
