HISTORY:

It has been 32 years since the De Los Santos College started its service to the students, employees & community. Twenty-eight years had passed from the time that there were graduates in this institution. With the foundation of De Los Santos School of Nursing to De Los Santos College and De Los Santos – STI College of Health Professions, Inc. and now DLS-STI College Inc., merging with a computer school, an idea of forming an association came. The De Los Santos employee/alumni decided to conduct an alumni gathering to assert formally the DLS - STI Alumni Association. The said gathering last Dec. 12, 2003 at Nursing Skills Lab B school ground was made through phone calls, e-mails and personal invitations. There were approximately 50 to 70 participants from both the Nursing and PT graduates.

Last June 8, 2006, the long awaited Chapter Recognition was held at the DLS-STI College school grounds with Ms. Marie Nucum, Ms. Monique Bumatay, and Ms.Vicky Luz from the STI Alumni Association Headquarters and Ms. Erlinda S. Banzhaf (COO), Dra. Clarita D. Curato (Dean), Mr. Christopher De Jesus (Vice-President), Mr. Jeffrey Lamson (Treasurer), Mr. Froilan Mendoza (P.R.O.) and Ms. Mary-Joy Cuebillas (A.R.O.). Thus, the name DLS-STI Alumni Association arises.

Mission:
The STI Alumni Association exists to connect, inform and serve, diverse STI Alumni and friends through strong leadership, dynamic programs and effective communication.

Vision:
We envision a strong community of STI Alumni who are constantly and actively dedicated to professional growth, personal excellence and social consciousness through the endeavors of the STI Alumni Association.
