I just wanted to invite everyone to a gathering at my new house in Northside to learn about the Surya (Sun) Nadi Process. This Process is to create people with the highest healing abilities on the planet. It is a process initiated by Sri Kaleshwar, a young saint from India, whose mission is to get ancient healing and accelerated awakening knowledge out to the planet. He plans on doing this all before the start of 2012, when he plans on retiring.
If you have interest in learning about this process please come Friday evening 7pm to my house in Northside. My new address is 1869 Robley Ave. Cint. Oh. 45223.
If you have any questions please drop me a line at 513-569-2579
Hope you can make it..... this is a one time opportunity to join this process. It will close to new
people after the full moon, saturday at Sun Rise.
Just wanted to pass along a wonderful event to roll into Fall at the Cincinnati Yoga school in Pleasant Ridge. Former Cincy Resident and brother of our beloved Andy The Elf (permie Teacher) is coming to town with his band to celebrate the fall.... and boy will it be a celebration.... so come on out if you can, We would love to have you join and celebrate the seasons!
Hope to see ya there!
Braden
Arundas (Asheville, NC) has saddled up with Mayan Ruins (Cincinnati, OH) to ride the wheel of the year and step through the worlds via music, ritual theater, and dance at the Cincinnati Yoga School (the former Mason's Hall in Pleasant
Ridge).
Good morning!!!
My band, Arundas is a conglomerate of world musicians spawning neo-tribal, middle-eastern, ecstatic dance and music journeys, fused with elemental ritual theater and walkabouts in the Otherworld. Compositions include a variety of instruments including the electric sitar, hammer dulcimer, mountain dulcimer, violin, sax, flutes, various Middle-Eastern/west African drums, guitar, harmonium, harmonica, and a variety of vocal traditions. Band members include Alex Caruso, Trey Crispen, Andrew Barnett, Daniel Shambo, Simon Tisman, Samata Amy Dicori, Sage Sansone, and Cincinnati native, Jeremy Schewe.
Arundas has been an integral part of the Asheville Movement Collective (AMC), a group of over 300 dancers who gather several times a week for ecstatic dance, also known as "sweat your prayers", which follows the 5-Rythms tradition coined by Gabriel Roth. Arundas has also played in integral role in the fusion of belly dancing, African dance, ritual theater, ecstatic dance, contact improvisation dance, and more in the southeastern US.
For this performance, Arundas will be teaming with Cincinnati-based Mayan Ruins, a middle-eastern inspired, world music group that often plays with many of the various belly dancers from the Ohio Valley.
So...whether you like to listen to great music, or shake your trotters until you drop...come out and join us for a beautiful night under the "stars" at the Cincinnati Yoga School. A portion of the proceeds benefit a school for impoverished children in India.
Tickets: $8 in advance (call 828-337-8179 for details) $10 at the door
HOPE TO SEE YOU OUT!!!!

I am so disappointed to have to do this, but I have lost my voice and must
cancel the workshop at Park+Vine today. Please stay tuned for a rescheduled
date. I will be sure to give you plenty of notice. I truly apologize for any
inconvenience. However, the food will be just as fantastic when this class
actually happens. Hope you can be there.
Thanks for your understanding.

Just passin' on the invite to our Intro Weekend on Permaculture at Imago next weekend (4/18 & 19). We fell just shy of the minimum number of registrants to hold the 3rd full design course. So to fulfill these students ravishing thirst for Permaculture knowledge & get them on the ground in time for this growing season we decided to have an Intro Weekend instead!
You could say its a fire sale on Permaculture knowledge in honor of Earthday.... after all who gives us life in the physical plane, and what better way to learn to live on her than through Permaculture!
Anyways the course is Saturday April 18th from 9:30-4:30, followed up by a field trip to
Sawyer Point to Celebrate Earth Day with our fellow Cincinnatians; and Sunday April 19th from 10-5 pm. there!
I find myself, in the face of things like the note attached below, telling
people worried about everything from the New World Order to the honey bees, to
begin growing everywhere from window boxes to victory gardens, plant trees and
wildflowers everywhere.
By the way, I am getting a lot of mixed mail on the latter idea. Does anyone
have advice on wildflower seeding.

Mother Gaia's memorial grove is the only cause The Gossamer Court endorses,
although we are going to begin efforts to sponsor the efforts of Anti-Globalist

As some of you know, our very Indigo home in New Jersey is a cultural, political
and spiritual gathering place.
At some point we would like to have a conference weekend for the growing
greening activism within our numbers. Perhaps we might be able to fund a few
panelists from around the country to come and speak.
Perhaps this is the time to get people back to the Earth.
We are moving in Pink Angel, my dear friend SKTHOTH's protege. This is the short
documentary on THOTH that won the Oscar for best short doc in 2002. Enjoy.

We them both in Central Park, Pink Angel and my "scandalous half-naked
prayerformance artist/lover" will help us develop a piece to get folks
interested in being good guardians for Mother Gaia.
We are learning to utilize the platforms each of us have, and my friends like
Alex and Allyson Grey, both of whom my husband Jordan and I have worked with for
a few years now, Jordan 3 years and me 5, have been very helpful with our
efforts in the peace movement. Now with us building the new CoSM center
www.cosm.org in upstate New York, we are hoping that in addition to the green
energy, which Jordan, a Green Engineer (Tufts 2007)will be helping with, we can
create an area for a natural garden at the sanctuary.
We can save Mother Gaia, a flower and a tree at a time.
NAMASTE,
the faery king
Many Blessings,
With the US going into Afghanistan the peace movement is far from quieted and
disposed of, regardless of the historic election of President Barack Obama.
Many of us, because we are patriotic and wise enough to understand that you
can't just stop policy on a whim, are giving him his hundred days.
Treasonous slime bags like Rush Limbaugh who wish the president to fail because
he does not like his politics, regardless of how that failure would effect the
citizens of this country are no better than the Nazi's of Germany of the 1920's
before Hitler came to power in the 30's.
Peace Movement is a self-explanatory term. My spiritual principles dictate that
life is sacred.
Please watch this short video and let people know how you feel, even if you
disagree with me.

Namaste,
The Faery King
I'm prepared to risk the wrath of my union -- the Industrial Workers of the World (IWW) -- by forwarding this to various local and international lists, but before I do, I'd like to know a little about you. Have we met?
The reason I would forward this to the One Big Union (OBU) -- besides the fact that we call ourselves the One Big Union and that's always seemed like at least a double entendre to me -- is that I take a more expansive view of workers' rights than perhaps some traditional labor types might. I certainly believe that good sex is an integral part of good health and that people have a right to be healthy.
It will take me a while to answer your questions thoroughly, but I wanted to reply and to make this inquiry. I would like to be able to phone you with further questions. If you recieve this reply
Monday, March 23, you should be able to reach me here at the office (513-591-1905) unless I step out briefly until about noon today.
Thank you kindly and have a happy,

Hello dandelion friends! I'm teaching some Holistic Sexuality/Sexual Health
classes this spring, one at a college where I taught the same class last year,
and another in Montpelier, VT at an herb school I haven't yet taught at. The
workshop is part anatomy lesson, part show and tell of natural and fun products
and resources, part lesson on self-care techniques for sexual health, and part Q
& A time. Looking over last year's handout, I realized I want to spruce it up.
I'm sending last year's handout along to share recipes and get some feedback. I
started with a few questions which quite rapidly spontaneously reproduced into
many, many questions. So, please take some time to browse the questions and
answer some of them, or all of them! If any are too personal, just skip them.
(Though I do encourage brave sharing, and your answers will remain anonymous.)
If you find any offensive, please let me know. I want folks who attend these
workshops to leave feeling empowered, educated, and excited. I'm trying to be
as open, non-judgmental, and non-assumption-making as I can be, but so often,
despite our best intentions, we do reveal some biases or assumptions. So call
me out! And if you'd like to share these in person or over the phone, call me
up! (Email me for my # if you don't have it) Please forward this survey to
anyone you think may be interested, I'd love to get an abundant response! If
you have any questions, please be in touch. I'm going to glean everyone's
responses for ideas, thoughts, recipes, resources, etc. If you do not want any
of your information shared, please write so. If you're happy for me to share
the knowledge, thank you! (and like I said above, your name will not be shared).
Woo-hoo!
Much love,
Dana

practices to awaken our hearts and begin to open the glue of community, honesty
& compassion, love & joy!
The following Wednesday we will have a very special guest, Philip Lipetz PhD
come and share with us about the Dattatreya path, a very high path that for
millenia was passed on from teacher to one or two students. This path is now
being taught publicly for the first time by Philip's teacher, Swami Kaleshwar, a
young saint from India, who's only intention is to create masters. This is a
very special opportunity because Philip has been teaching internationally about
this path and it is to our great fortune to have him come & teach in such an
accessible & intimate setting. This is a path that I personally have been
studying under for 15 months and have been very amazed by what it has brought to
my life. This is a good opportunity to see if it is a path that can take you
where you need to go in this lifetime..... after all there are billions of paths
to the same peak! (We are asking for a suggested donation of 10$ to cover
travel expenses.)
For the following week we may have Philip return or continue our journey into
this awakening on other routes, where ever our hearts take us,
After that, well, lets just say TBA
I look forward to seeing some beautiful faces next week and feel free to drop
me a line if you have any questions, Well, hope to see ya next wednesday and
until then
Peace light & love all ways!

I have been thinking about the Collective lately, especially because
every once in awhile I get asked if anything is going on or if it is
still active. It would be nice to reconnect, relate, communicate, and
learn together if people are interested. I just learned of a new,
nice space in Northside that would let us meet for free. It is at
Happen (corner of Chase and Hamilton). We would be able to use it
when they weren't there, probably a Monday, Friday, or Sunday.
Please let me know your thoughts about this and if anyone has an idea
for a possible event/workshop that would preferably be free or include
a small suggested donation for materials. We also have a little bit
of a treasury, so that could help. Of course, whatever the consensus
of the group is, goes, but it has not seemed that there is a dedicated
group of people with enough availability to have meetings. What do
you think?

Re: Abby
That you would suggest we have it closer to Athens is a synchronicity for
me, since I was already scheduled to be there studying ecology at Ohio
University. You have my interest.
Please, if you're willing, could you do a report-back on the Southeast
Women's Herbal Conferences you've attended before? This can help us get
the sense of your vision, of how awesome the 2009 Midwest Earth Healers
Conference could be if the loosely fedarated Dandelion Health Collective
came together and got cookin'. -Badger
Apparently I should have been
more clear. The conference would be in fall of 2009, possibly September.
Sorry if you thought I meant this fall. Trying to think ahead as it
will take a LOT of planning and outreach. Can't wait to hear your thoughts!

I was feeling a little sad about missing the Southeast Women's Herbal
Conference this year. I went the past two years and was planning on
going again. However, with the price of gas these days, it seems
prohibitively expensive to drive to North Carolina and pay for the
conference, food, childcare, lodging, etc. It especially seems
wasteful when you think of the resources used to transport people from
all over the country. So, I had an idea...
The Northeast, Southeast, and West have plenty of Women's Herbal
Conferences. The Midwest is so great, why don't we have one? The
Dandelion Health Collective could help put it on. And since we're
putting it on, we could do it however we wanted to. We could make it
more inclusive by making it open to all genders. Also, I was thinking
maybe it could be an Earth Healers conference. That way it could
include all kinds of healing: physical, spiritual, energy, sound,
gardening/permaculture, etc. It seems like we have so many wonderful
local resources for this. A friend has said that we may be able to
use the United Plant Savers Sanctuary land outside of Athens for the
conference
(http://www.unitedplantsavers.org/UpS_Botanical_Sanctuary.html),
tentatively next autumn.
What do you think? Are you up for a little community education while
touting what the Midwest has to offer and having a lot of fun? This
will take plenty of planning, so we could use the talents of everyone.
Please respond with your thoughts. This could be a super duper
fantastic opportunity; let's get excited!
Hey Abby,
I haven't been around. Been buisy, and ill. But also getting enlightened
and freeing my inner space, so it's all good.
I was wondering, would you be interested in doing a consultation with me?
I have rattly breath and am coughing to keep phlegm from choking me. I
could pay $, also I'd offer a work trade, and would prefer to get the
herbs from you. Let me know. I'll be in Northside tomorrow for forest
gardening study group and farmer's market if you've got some time in the
later afternoon.
love,
Badger
