Hello everyone
I wanted to pass along an intro/experience night
that I am assisting on Saturday April 5th at 7pm at
Imago at Enright Urban Eco-village in Pricehill.
It will consist of a brief introduction to NVC
(non-Violent Communication), some basic technical
aspects of it and will then lead into some exercises
that are part of a 3 day workshop from Eugene, Oregon,
known as the Heart of Now (Heartofnow.org). The Heart
of Now is a workshop focusing on past healing, getting
present with ourselves and others and tapping into our
passions... or what we are here to do, and putting
forth the energy to manifest that joy in our lives. I
like to say it is fulfilling unfulfilled needs of
past experiences, getting present with ourselves and
others so that we can step into the power to fulfill
the needs of our souls, which results in truth, beauty
and joy in our lives.
The exercises from the Heart of Now that we will
guide are more focused on getting present with
ourselves and others and discovering our passions and
what we love to do. I will be hosting it with a woman,
Maggie Sullivan, from Bloomington, IN. It should be a
great evening and hopefully spark enough interest to
bring a full Heart of Now Weekend here to town in the
near future, they have been hosted elsewhere in the
midwest but none closer than 6 hours from here.
Anyways as far as cost we are asking for a 5$
donation to help pay for Maggie's travel expenses. if
