nope - I know that Indiana has very tight restrictions on specialty plates (or
at least they used to) and they one approved so many, you have to guarantee so
many will be sold etc.

Does anyone live in a state or know of a state where theyhave a DS special
plate, I saw where Mississippi has, but wanted to know whatit looked like.  I’m
going to try and get one passed here in Indiana.
