I did see the daycare at Turnstone, but they were all taking a nap.  The part I liked about the preschool, which Im doing the 8week summer program $150 for two 2.5hour days, we are doing the Tues/Thurs 12:30-3pm is that she could do her OT/ST after preschool.

LDC was so “in your face” in a good way, a little girl named Ellie has DS and her and Sydney fell in love with each other instantly they looked at each other like hey you look like me, and she was two also and knew so much.  They sign a lot and its all educational!!!!  There is no fundraising any more its full tuition.  It goes by your income, around $50,000 is 62.50 a week for two 2.5 hour classes, we chose Tues and Thurs 8:50-11:20am, which they have other options for days.  It is on the high side, but in my thinking Sydney will probably not be going to college…unless she wants to.  Plus the mileage and tuition is tax deductible.  So all together Ive got $640 in tuition for the 8weeks, plus gas in my 8cylinder gas hog…But just look at her, why not??? Or how could I not.  My family said they would help me out with the money, but husband said no way and he got into his mad money.  He really didn’t want her to go to LDC due to the cost, but I knew from Keegan’s mom it was excellent and it was.

Hope that helps in some way, and atleast I will have some info if other moms need it.  It takes research when they approach three, losing first steps services sucks, we get so spoiled!
