This is the announcement board for the Depression Bipolar Support Alliance of El Cajon (DBSA El Cajon). Our main mission is to compliment medical treatment through discussion, support, and educational sessions. We run a support group which is meant for people coping with depression or bipolar disorder (manic depression). Members can be assured that they will find respect at the meetings, and that everything said in group is confidential. Please note that attendees do not have to actively participate in discussion and are welcome to just listen to the session.
