This group started after I used self-administered enemas to CURE myself of Ulcerative Colitis after 12 years of living with this illness, every other treatment option had failed to work, and I had come within days of surgery to remove my colon. I say cure because I have now free of symptoms and have off all maintenance drugs, supplements or special diets since December 2011. I ended up doing the fecal transplants myself for about a month and combined with drinking protein shakes, and various drug treatments I was able to end the inflammation from Ulcerative Colitis, permanently. As time has passed my digestive health has continued to improve without having to take any maintenance drugs or stick to a strick diet. My digestive health is now actually better than it ever has been my whole life and I can eat anything I want without consequences.
