I have a horror of making errors at work. I check and double check
everything. I have to be very careful. I checked myself for
Altzheimers and got NO. I removed that and need to remove ADD. I
don't know what is my problem. Always been a little dingy. That
didn't matter when I was being a musician. You know, typical crazy
artist type. In nursing it is different. Being dingy can kill
someone. So I work extra hard. Would like to be able to jack up my
presence of mind at work or when I am driving -- you know, life and
death situations. Has anyone else thought about this?

I test no! But then I have had some pretty strange testing results lately. If
I am switched, it is probably on account of being tired.

Meredith

Meredith,, are you switched ???!!! Leslie

Good idea about the flu. I don't know about wheat. I will test for that also.
I am kind of ticked off right now about testing, because yesterday I tested that
I was having a heart attack, and I know it was my stomach.

Meredith

Meredith,, you might want to test for the flu too... Since we get rid of
so much with immunics,, we may get "a residual" flu that doesn't have strong
symptoms... but may give body aches... also,, do you have any issues with
wheat ?

This all sounds so right. I had to go to Little Rock today and did immunics for
my cough on the way up. I removed allergies, sinusitis, bronchitis, viruses,
and installed healthy mucous membranes, worked on organs, etc. I didn't even
feel like coughing for the whole two-hour class. Then it returned. So on the
way home, I did the whole procedure all over again. Still not coughing after 3
hours. One word of caution! Regarding immunics while driving. Be careful! I
was going down the interstate at 70mph, got too deep in the CCP, and woke up
driving into the median. Managed to slow and finally stop without hitting
anything. Just sat there in the grass for a while to get over the fright. Sent
up a prayer of thanksgiving that I was still alive, and came on home.

Thanks,
Meredith

Hello to dear Friend Meredith!

I'm through with a 3 month shift for The Corporation, back to freelancing for a
while, have time to read & comment. Goood to be back.

Re: Fibro:

From my own personal expereince, you're smack on the money about the achies etc.
being fibro kicking up due to sleep changes.

Below is my fibro protocol, on a physical, rather than immunics level. Test &
see if any of it is helpful to you.

Soak in a tub with Dr. Singha's mustard bath: mustard, baking soda, eucalyptus,
thyme, mint, etc. It's spendy. I do almost as well with baking soda, and
lavendar. Or epsom salts & lavendar.

Anoint 'sorespots' with straight lavendar oil. Seems to release the 'energy
clot.'

Avoid caffiene, sugar, wheat and dairy.

I take amytriptaline to sleep. Needs prescription. Try valerian.

I get a little <noodge> from On High to suggest Melatonin, & read up on
melatonin & jet lag protocol. There's apparantly a way to reset sleep patterns
with that. You may also need to get a light-box to 'fake out' your biological
clock.

Test & see if any of this is appropriate.

Oh- and test your various emotional bodies for 'grief' around the cough - what
sadness are you carrying, unreleased? Or 5th Chakra for things unsaid. (Again,
my own protocols for dealing with upper respiratory goo.)

Hugs! -Karen-

Well, I have worked 2 weeks in my new job. I care for a young child
on a ventilator in her home 2 nights a week. Here are some of the
challenges.

I continually have to remove viruses while at work. I can feel that
I am under attack by something, and usually if I test, it is viruses
in my higher bodies. The other night, it was different. I felt like
coughing, I had sinus drainage into my throat. But I tested free of
viruses. I removed them anyhow, from each body. But I still had the
problem. I tested that I had no other microbial pathologies except
yeast. I found that I have to do dietary adjustments to get rid of
it.

Then I tested for held pathologies. The first one I tested was
trauma. I have almost finished my whole life clearing, and have only
to cover about the first 5 years of my life. So I worked on that
also. Then I tested the child for trauma. She has bunches. Then I
found all of both our bodies and merged them. I did a bunch of
removals and installations for her genetic condition and her
breathing difficulties. Her bodies were cute! They sort of orbited
her just above her shoulders and up.

After all the immunics, she slept better, but I still had my cough.
Still have it. When I remove it and then test, I get no. I am
really stumped. I wonder if my body is rebelling because of my night
shifts. I have had a flare of my fibromyalgia. I test that it is
because of my altered sleep patterns. It has been months since I
have woken up practically unable to navigate because of the pain. I
would welcome any suggestions about this.

Thanks,
Meredith

I just tested that there is something special about dimension 27 with regard to
focusing. Now to find out what it is.

think since I have a home business, it seems (to the world) that I have free
time ! This is all very distracting,, but I also want to help friends who

I'm afraid life is slipping by and the lack of focus is not helping. Am I

Karen, did you say you are on the chakra buddies list ? Is that one

I'm reading a book on them ,,, it's really quite a study isn't it ?

I think I may join the chakra group myself. I know a little about it, but I
would like to learn more about the higher dimensions and how to merge mine with
another person in order to channel. I wonder if you can merge with a person who
has passed over and channel them. That would be awesome.

Also, I wonder if activating your higher chakras can help you focus. I just
tested yes on that. Now to find which dimension(s) and how to get there. More
on this when I have tested more.

Love,
Meredith

I think Bayard meant WLC was a good thing to do in general,
especially for things you are trying to cure that may be
developmental in origin.

I went to a new hire meeting for a home health job. Patient is on a
vent part time. They were telling a lot of things about her care.
It seemed that they began everything in the middle and never
finished. The patient (age 2) was being distracting, and it was so
hard to focus. I really tried to make sense of it, but without much
luck. Luckily, I have a class to attend on managing ventilators. I
probably won't really make sense of it until I can get my hands on
the machine. I guess I am more of a tactile learner than I thought.
I always did know that I felt better in classes that required
learning a skill than in those that required the amassing of
information.

I need to take the bull by the horns and really work on this. I
think I am still in denial.

I have signed up on Flylady and have gotten as far as shining the
sink. Haven't had time to make it a priority. I want to do that
this summer so that I have more time (no home schooling) and can
begin building up some better housekeeping habits.

I really don't hate housekeeping. There are just a lot if things
that are higher priority that sap my energy, and then there are also
a lot of things that I would rather do most of the time. I am just
not ready to tackle this issue yet! Probably there is something I
should remove or install that would help.

LOL! Fogbound is a great way to describe it. That explains why I forgot an
inportant phone call as well as an appointment yeaterday when they were both on
two different calendars! My 12-yr-old checks the calendar and reminds me of
stuff. No point in trying to hide your flaws when they are hanging out in front
of everybody! Getting rid of them is another thing entirely.

You and I have a lot in common. I also tend to have a lot going on and a lot of
unfinished projects. I also find it difficult to read some things and
concentrate on them. Rereading pages is common, especially in things like text
books. I can read very fast and concentrate like mad on high interest materials
like novels, but even when it is something I am interested in and want to know
about purely informative books often do not hold my attention. If I sit down to
study something, I am up and down a dozen times to take care of trivia while
trying to read. And I am terrible at remembering names. Not just proper names,
but nouns of any kind. Like one time I said I had to find a car thing, meaning
a parking space. I never lived that one down! I have a hard time keeping track
of engagements even though i write them down, or intend to. I have to have
duplicating checks because I forget to fill out stubs. Forget keeping financial
records. I procrastinate about writing things down, then I forget, then I end
up having to apologize. If my kids give a recital, I have to get one of the
moms to take care of the details like when, where, and who makes refreshments
etc. I just hate detail work like that. Multiple home businesses, none of them
done very well sounds familiar also.

Well, that would explain a lot ... about my life !!! I get distracted ultra

Learning has been difficult for me through life. I majored in Social Work,,
that was an area of study I could relate to. I could not focus on math for
the life of me... did well with subjects that didn't require memorization and
had a story or something visual attached to it... like history,, art....
sometimes have to read a page more than once since I daydreamed through it
the 1st or 2nd time !

if we entertain,,, which we often do,,, I am not the one to pull the meal
together... I get pretty distracted by guests and can lose a train of thought
easily. Remembering names is kindof tough too.

Have a ton of different interests and have library books floating around the
house that are on different subjects but are never read to completion. I
even get distracted with those!!! Have a home business but seem to have a
desire to have multiple home businesses which obviously can further distract.
Am I attracting ADD ?? I get a little yes on that. Hmmm where to go from
here
Love, Leslie

I just discovered I have ADD. A doctor once told me that I had it, but I didn't
believe him because he diagnosed everybody with ADD. I know I have always been
kind of absent minded and a little "dingy." Well, the other day, Bayard said,
"You have ADD, don't you." So I had to face it. I tested and got "yes."

That could explain why sight reading music is so hard for me even though I have
been able to read music for many years. I resisted learning it at first,
preferring to play by finger number and by ear. After some big fights with my
mom, I finally actually learned to read the notes. I am not fast at reading
complicated music, however, and especially not under pressure. Then it all goes
out the window. I don't concentrate well with distractions going on where some
people seem to be able to tune it out. Given time and quiet, I am quite good at
figuring out complicated math problems. Under pressure, I can't even read the
problem or listen to it when someone asks a question. Leave me alone with it
for a few minutes, and I will give you the answer.

Somehow I learned to compensate well enough to do well in school, but not to be
very useful as an accompanist. If I memorize the accompaniment, I am fine.
With the help of the Harmonic I plan to work on this some more. I had pretty
well given up on it years ago.

Meredith

I do not know. I have not found anything called whole life clearing either. I
think we need help to find this. I'm sending a copy of this to Keely. Keely, a
group of us were advised to do a whole life clearing. We have all been looking
for it, but can't find it on the web site. Do you know where to find it. We
have done searches to no avail.

Thanks,

Meredith

But this skill doesn't seem to work on personal trauma clearance... so, I'm
doubtful ! Leslie

The whole life clearance was something Bayard told me about over the
phone. When I wrote it to you I had not looked it up yet. So far I
have not found it. I am still looking. I should have found it
before mentioning it to you, but anyhow, let's both look. I have
done a search of the web site and came up with nothing. It must be
in there with different wording. If we don't find it, we may have to
cry "uncle" and ask Bayard.

No, I haven't done a whole life clearing but it sounds really good to me.

Can you point me to the lesson on the Hub?

Also ... is this something we could buddy up on?

Might be helpful.

-Karen-

Have you tried doing a whole life clearing. I am about to do that. Bayard says
it takes several days but is really worth it.

Shame is the major blocker I have for performance.

Right now I'm wrestling with needing to do some work for a client & I've been
stalling for 2 months, due to feeling inadequate. I'm 'projecting' my
mother-shame
onto this client...I can barely read her e-mails without going into anxiety,
which
is due to anticipated shaming.

I have been working on clearing this with RIK... it's slow, there is some
improvement,
but what seems to need to happen is me gaining full "K" of the depth,
nature and amount of initial shaming attendant on 'performance.'

i.e. for me, 'performance' was how I got approval... if I wasn't perfect, I got
shamed. So it's VERY difficult to risk shaming (or perception of same) with
imperfect
performance as an adult .... this bogs me down.

I can do great things, up until expectations of performance enter into the
picture.

I'm doing trauma removals, negative introject removals, scarring removals,
installation
of god connectors.

Slow work, but progress happens.
