I am new here. I am Ahmed Kamal from egypt.31 years old. Analog
circuit design engineer. Married and have two nice kids.
I have neuropathy in mandibular and maxillary branches of right
trigeminal nerve. I have sustained pain increasing at stress. and
total loss of sensation in those two branches.
My doctor (specialist in pain management) transferred me to have a
nerve conduction velocity study on the trigeminal nerve. The doctor
who performed the exam saied that it is not feasible to do this exam
on thrigeminal nerve except the opthalmic branch (which is healthy).
Anyone had information about if this right or wrong.And if I can do
this exam on the mandibular and maxillary branches,, I appreciate to
send me a reference on how to do it to give it to the doctor.
