"Do you have a cold?" Eruch translated Baba's gestures.
"Only a very small one," was the low-pitched reply.
"Do you have a sore throat?" Baba queried further.
"A little."
"And your nose runs?"
"Also a little."
"And while you are like this you would embrace Baba and give him a cold too?" Baba persisted.
"Oh, no, Baba!" came the horrified reply, and hesitantly, with jerky movements born of torn emotions, the individual backed away from his favored position at the head of the line.
Suddenly Baba's features softened and he gestured again.
"Perhaps tomorrow your cold will have improved and you can greet me with the remaining people who are yet to come."
