IT ALL Adds UP

Yeah, another one: October 25th is my birth date (Hey, I am pretending like YOU care about that here, for a couple of seconds OK?). 

Anyhow, this morning, 10/21/08, I found that the first paragraph in "Vol 3 Issue 2 - SPRING, OCTOBER 2008" of the Axis Mundi newsletter from Jenwytch (Janine), based in *Australia, in the Sydney-Illawarra area of NSW, information that I choose to relate to as a birthday present to me, myself and I(<_>); as my life priorities, and current thinking, actions, plans and endeavors are summarized in that paragraph, as follows: "On an emotional and spiritual level spring connects us to the spirit of birth, renewal, growth, expansion, and all that is creative. It is also a time for the warrior within to emerge ready to take on new challenges and to incorporate disciplinary processes to ensure that we have the focus to pursue our goals and creative projects. It is a time of hope and inspiration, and a time to take ourselves out of the comfort zone and stretch our selves as the new sapling that allows itself to bend in the spring wind." Except for the fact that I AM trying to find, maintain and sustain my comfort zone. *[Continent of the original inhabitants, for about 50,000 years, named  Aborigines ("The literal translation of the word 'Aborigine' is: the people who were here from the beginning."). "The 'Aboriginal Dreamtime' is that part of aboriginal culture which explains the origins and culture of the land and its people.

Aborigines have the longest continuous cultural history of any group of people on Earth - dating back - by some estimates - 65,000 years. Dreamtime is Aboriginal Religion and Culture.

The Dreamtime contains many parts: It is the story of things that have happened, how the universe came to be, how human beings were created and how the Creator intended for humans to function within the cosmos.

As with all other cultures - it speaks of Earth's Creation by Gods and Goddesses - some of whom were kind hearted - while others were cruel."]

A quite intriguing mystery 'thingee' about this, for meeee, is that this morning is my first time knowing anything about this Axis Mundi newsletter from Jenwytch (Janine) in Australia, and I look forward to spending time enjoying reading and learning therein - starting with conceptually grasping ('wrapping my mind around') "SPRING, OCTOBER" in Australia, as a new perspective for my conscious awareness.

All of the above is like a plum in my Birthday Custard, in conjunction with my first article "Awareness And Truth I" having been published this week in the *Samhain 2008 edition of The Ancestral Coalescence Newsletter and seasonal tome, as a contributing writer in this holistically broad spectrum, from ancient to modern times, project. *["Samhain (pronounced /Ë^saÊŠn/ or /Ë^sÉ'ːwɪn/^[1]; Irish /Ë^sË aunʲ/ from the Old Irish samain) is the word for November in a few Gaelic languages. The Scottish Gaelic spelling is Samhainn or Samhuinn (for the feast), or an t-Samhain (for the month). The Festival of Samhain is a celebration of the end of the harvest season in Gaelic culture, and is generally regarded as 'The Celtic New Year'.^[2][3][4]

The same word was used for a month in the ancient Celtic calendar, in particular the first three nights of this month, with the festival marking the end of the summer season and the end of the harvest. A modernized version of this festival continues today in some of the traditions of the Catholic All Souls' Day, the secular Halloween, and in folk practices of Samhain itself in the Celtic Nations and the Irish and Scottish diasporas. Sooo, now, while awaiting the 2008 USA Presidential elections results - and beyond,  I am a gonna try to find a tropical beach that I can relax and meditate on, naked, doing various yoga methods and techniques, inclusive of, so called, Tantra and CHULUAQUI QUODOUSHKA SPIRITUAL SEXUALITY, singing, dancing and playing my musical instruments, sipping various brews-blends-vintages, partaking of sacred herbs and food sustenance...uhm, I'm sure YOU see where I AM intending to go, and do with myself, and any and all compatible companionship that I might be blessed with - in the spirit and mind set of  "*Auld Lang Syne" as Steve McDonald beautifully sings, his arrangement, from the main page of the Ancestral Coalescence newsletter. *["According to this page, a good translation of the words "auld lang syne" is "times gone by." So (incorporating a couple of other translations) when we sing this song, we are saying, "We'll drink a cup of kindness yet for times gone by.""http://people.howstuffworks.com/question279.htm ] as well as, as far as I AM concerned, for better times to come in the future generations of The New Paradigm - in the process of being established, if the best of the best of our intentions and efforts are successful. In any event, some of us will leave this human life with a peaceful and clear conscious, which is the best that can happen for an individual in the worst or best of times.

And uhm; "People For the American Way received thousands of creative, excellent haikus for our McPalin Haiku Hysteria contest -- many of them hilarious.

In the end, we chose 12 finalists that we thought captured the right feel by tying McCain and/or Palin to the Far Right or by tying a McCain-Palin victory to the consequences for the Supreme Court and the Constitution.

If you submitted a haiku that did not make the final round, please know that we probably thought it was great (the vast majority of them were!). There was a lot of internal deliberation, and finally, these are the 12 we agreed upon.
