Hi Marilyn.

The Antidote that I've received contained a sheet with the instructions to
drink it, undiluted, after not eating for 12 hours, preferable in the
morning. I read somewhere else where they suggested to take one every four
to six months. You may want to try taking one, wait a few weeks to check if
you experience benefit, and then decide when you want to take the other.
Also it would be a good idea to email "info@..." with the
same account and question, and let us know how long they take to respond to
your email, and what the response is.

Well, I finally recieved my order yesterday! Apparently they lost the
order and the money order, but after much searching, they located it-
in mid Nov.- and sent me 2 vials to make up for the extreme delay. It
took another 2 mos to get here, but I notice that they put the wrong
postal code on the envelope. They did not send any instructions with
it. Or return address. Just 2 plain white little bottles in a plain
white envelope. Amazingly, I have it now!

Which leads to my question- how do you take the stuff? Just drink it?
Can you dilute it with water or juice? Rama?

It looks like I have a few e-mails to catch up on.
