This list is for the small home based manufacturer that wants to operate within the law. Accurate information will be provided regarding the legalities of the business. Making a safe product is a priority for us as is dispelling myths associated with some ingredients. It is my intent to have a files section where much of this information will be available to you.

Members not following this rule will be unsubscribed without notice and will not be allowed to rejoin. This rule applies even if going on vacation, there are no exceptions. We do require additional information before accepting you as a member. It is important that you provide this information ASAP as we can't hold your file open past a day. This information will be held in confidence and not shared or sold.

This is a partially moderated list and we have few rules at present. I would like to keep it that way, so I expect everyone to act and behave as adults. Spam or personal attacks, whether on list or off list, to a list member will not be tolerated. Topics are to be related to the industry. When replying to a post, cut out everything except the portion you are replying to, which should be no longer than a few lines. Please limit signature lines to 4 or less lines.

Advertising is allowed on Wednesday by PARTICIPATING MEMBERS, from 12:01 A.M. to 11:59 P.M. Central. It is important that you put AD first in the subject line of your email using CAPS. ALL Ads must use the disclaimer that is in the files section at the TOP of the ad.
