I have been doing core secrets now on and off for a couple of years. I
love it! I can see results fairly quickly. I had my first baby a few
months ago and I'm just now finding the time to get back into it. I've
been doing it nearly every day for 3 weeks now and I've dropped one
pant size. The most effective ones I've found are Ab Assault and Bun
Battle.

I gave it a break for 3 days, and then got back into it and im fine
now. :-)
I am really loving Core secrets. Its pretty fun, and although I cant
really "see" a difference I can "feel" it a bit, after only two weeks.
Has anybody had any good results with it? I have a problem with my
general stomach area, so I am hoping this will help.
So, my question for everybody on this list is: Did you have good
results, and how long did it take?
I'd be really interested to know.

Hi everybody
My name is Adam and I'm from the UK. I just started on core secrets a
week ago and I really like it.
This morning though I woke up and the muscles on the left of my body,
around my mid section really ache.
I dont know if its from core secrets or just because I slept funny or
something.
Does anybody have any advice or suggestions?
I figured I should stop doing it for a couple of days to see if the
ache goes away.
I always do the warmups and stretches section. Maybe because I am new
to it I just wast doing a move right or something.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Hello everyone! I got Core Secrets to try to motivate myself to start
working out again regularly. I've been doing the program for a week
now, and I absolutely love it! You can really tell a difference
between this and other programs. Although I would consider myself a
seasoned weight trainer, I like that this program can be used by
beginners and novices alike. I can really tell a difference in my
core muscles even just after a week. I've worked out regularly every-
other day with the program. It's been a long time since i've been
motivated to do that!
I read some of the previous posts, and saw that the next shipment is
the 25 minute workout. I'm happy about that, because that's the next
one I really want. I'm glad to hear there are other people out there
that like the program as much as I do. I'm going to read thru some
other old posts and see if I can find some results with the program. :)

I bought the Core Secrets dvd set a few weeks ago. I took it out of
the box, set it up and now I just need to find the time to use it!
Got to get motivated! I only used it once but starting this Monday I'm
going to get serious and use it daily.
So I thought I'd join your group and see how other users are doing as
well.
