Low Carb in the UK

This is Concise-Low-Carb-UK, The ON TOPIC sister list of Low-Carb in the UK.
Topic is: Information on low-carbing and related health issues (ie Diabetes, Thyroid, PCOS etc)

As the sister list ( Low Carb in the UK )is so active and chatty, the need was felt to create a pure info swapping sister group, with no off topic postsing or chitter chatter... So I did!

This is NOT the place to come if you need lots of support. This list is a LOW VOLUME list, and posts for general support usually generate a lot of traffic. Therefore, anytime you feel the need to vent and write a long essay about how good/bad your Low-carb day was, please do so on the sister list, where that sort of post is more than welcome! ( Low Carb in the UK )

Over here, as long as the post is ON-TOPIC, and is written in a concise style to generate a concise answer, please feel free to post. Post length is not a problem, as long as it is about low-carbing and related health, but post frequency is, so please, if you only have a one-liner to contribute to a topic, then don't post!!!

Be aware, topics are not cross posted between here and LCUK, as the lists are independant of the other...
