According to Dr. Joseph Khoo: 6 - 8 tablets can be taken per day.
Beyond that, the cost is too high for most people. 10 -12 tablets can
still be taken safely.

Believe it or not, we really don't know everything
that Dr. Khoo does. We do know that his cell phone is
on satellite and that makes a difference. We can tell
you that Dr. Khoo believes that his involvement with
this product is more of a ministry, bringing diabetics
and their families out of the "prison" of high and
uncontrolled blood sugar levels. Dr. Khoo has a
clinic in Singapore and other business interests. I
can also tell you that the profit margin on Combetic
is small and that is one of the reasons why we do not
use "network" or "multi-level" marketing. If we did,
we would have to double (at least) the price of
Combetic. We rely on you, the satisfied Combetic
user, to be our advertising. We don't buy space on
any search engines because it is too expensive. You
are our best advertisement. By the way, we do have an
"arm" of Third Day Resources that does provide
Combetic to some people who cannot afford it at this
time. We send the product along with prayer that our
Heavenly Father will help them get on their feet so
that they can pass the blessings on. If you have any
other questions or comments, please let us know. Be
blessed. Rob

The Dawning of a New Day

Story of a Type I Diabetic
                       By: Rob Roberts

Diabetes has afflicted my life physically, emotionally and spiritually
for the last sixteen years of my life. My wife of twelve years and
daughter has had to live with an abnormal functioning husband and
father. As the years went by as a diabetic, it became more and more
difficult to control my blood sugar levels. My diet had to consist of
a lot of calories because I have a fast metabolism and always being
twenty pounds underweight. The increasing periods of uncontrolled
blood sugar interfered with my thought processes at work and
especially with my family.

The most detrimental effect of high blood sugar happened when I had to
be hospitalized during the birth of my only daughter. My wife was hurt
because it appeared that I purposely used the excuse of diabetes to
not want to be with her for my daughter's birth. It seemed I could
never get close to anyone because I was living in a world of
dysfunctional blood sugar all the time. I woke up in the morning with
high blood sugar and grouchy. During the day it was a guessing game to
keep my blood sugar at a normal level. I was always just getting by
with life and never fully enjoying anything, not even a close
relationship with God.

As the years went by, I became desperate and would buy a lot of
products to help me try to manage my disease with no results. I could
not afford health insurance and doctor's visits. This would always get
me into trouble with my wife because we would fight about me not
trusting God for the answers and wasting money. The people that would
sell me products were out to take my money and rob me of my personal
time from my family.

One late evening after work, I vented my frustrations on a forum for
diabetics. A response came back from Dr. Joseph Khoo from Singapore.
Dr. Khoo approached me as a brother in Christ and offered me an herbal
formula called Combetic on the honor system. I began taking Combetic
with Dr. Khoo calling me on the phone everyday to make sure I was
safely controlling my blood sugar. Having a new friend caring about me
meant more to me than controlling my blood sugar. After three days on
Combetic, we had results and my hope grew by each passing week. I
continued to decrease my insulin and I became an easier husband and
father to live with. I could think better and I felt as though a fog
had lifted off of me. During a home visit from Dr. Khoo, he informed
me that I was a type I diabetic. For 16 years I never realized I was a
type I and not a type II diabetic. Combetic helped me to cut my
insulin in half and help control my blood sugars. My wife and I
thanked God she has a husband to love. Dr. Khoo needed distributors
for Combetic so we agreed to form a corporation called Third Day
Resources with Dr. Khoo, my wife Lois and my friend and webmaster,
Mike Weaver. We are now a team to help diabetics get freedom from the
imprisonment diabetes causes. Diabetics can now go to:
http://www.thirddayresources.com to get informed about diabetes and
order Combetic. Dr. Khoo offers free consultation in order to provide
safe effective advice for every diabetic needing freedom from the
"prison" of high blood sugar so they can get back to their lives and
families. Our Heavenly Father's timing is perfect and my story is
another example of how God took what was meant for evil and turned it
into good.

My mother was diagnosed diabetic some years ago but she didn't need
insulin until 2 or 3 years ago. She kept it under control but a lot
of stress from her marriage and separation, death of a daughter,
living for the first time on her own caused her health and eyesight to
start failing. This brought a spiral downward to where her blood
sugars were consistently above 300 and often over 500. Her mental and
cognitive abilities were suffering greatly to the point where she
"sees" things and would lose balance. She would space out and couldn't
complete her sentences alot of times.

I gradually realized that she needed help and, admittedly, with a bit
of grudginess, I realized that is going to take some of my freedom
away. I started a year ago in January 2004 to go before and after work
to make sure my mother took her insulin, which most of the time she
didn't remember if she took it or not. She lost her ability to see
the numbers of the blood monitor and the drawing of the insulin. 3
weeks later, she felt a strong pull to her left side to the point she
felt she would fall down if she stood up. She ended up in the
hospital. They said she suffered a "shower" stroke where many tiny
clots where found in her brain. She also suffered from extreme
hypothyroidism. I'm not sure whether her diabetes caused that.

She stayed in the hospital for over 4 weeks, lost her ability to walk
and sit up. She came home with me for two weeks but went back to a
different hospital when abdominal pain was too severe. She was anemic
and suffered an enlarged bladder of 5 times the normal size. They
also said they found more clots. This time she stayed there for about
10 days. They sent her to a nursing home for rehabilitation.

The nursing home stabilized her blood sugar levels to between 220 and
300 on different insulin. Long story on the nursing home, the things
that went on. (Some management there got fired this month from all the
lawsuits against them). She stayed there for 4 1/2 months.

I knew my mother wasn't going to get well in a nursing home. Regular
patients there (outside of rehab) do not go there to get well. So I
took her home with me again (largely in anticipation of Sam Biser's
book to be released). She made steady progress.

I've learned about Combetic from many hours of searching on the
Internet. We decided to try it and the very first day, my mother's
blood sugar went down to 88!!! Oh, man! It's not often in natural
healing that you see such fast action!! Since then my mother's blood
sugar has been anywhere from 87 to 140 in the morning to 150-220 after
dinner in the evening. And NO INSULIN!! We praise God for Combetic!!

I also give my mother fish oil capsules and other supplements from a
certain internet doctor that also has ingredients that help diabetes,
eyes, and blood pressure. My mother's blood pressure is steadily
between 130/80 to 160/90 and WITHOUT MEDS for the past month.

My mother's feet and hands are not numb anymore. The abdominal pain
has gone away. She has largely regained her bladder control. She has
not had any infections or serious colds since Combetic. My mother's
progress still has some ups and downs, due to her mental and cognitive
abilities still not catching up with her other healings. We are
working on her eyes which would have not been possible if she still
had high blood sugar.

My mother has/had multiple issues in which Combetic is *part* of the
picture in helping her overcome them. Getting off insulin and meds is
a big start. Thanks to Third Day Resources for providing access to
this wonderful product!!

Very sincerely,
Timothy Bell (and his mother)

Family Menbers:

I am sorry if the book link, Death to Diabetes articles caused script
errors. I will always copy and paste information when I can. Mike, our
webmaster is in the process of putting the articles on the website in
the research section and will be completed by next week.

I am enclosing an article from a friend of mine in Canada, Gwen Nyhus
Stewart, about the article Dandelion: Miracle Gift from Mother Earth
Did you know that what we think of as an unwanted weed is one of the
world's most nutritious and health promoting vegetables and is classed
as an herb?

The Latin name for dandelion, Taraxacum officinale, translates to
"official remedy for disorders." Dandelion is a native of Europe and
the name comes from the French term "dent-de-lion," meaning lion's
tooth, which refers to the dark-green, sharply toothed leaves
characteristic of this plant. A prominent herbalist, Gregory
Tilfordis quoted as saying, "Dandelion is one of the most complete
plant foods on earth."
All the vital nutrients are conveniently contained in a single source,
in quantities that the body can easily process and fully absorb." One
source I consulted during research for this article suggested that
"dandelion greens are so good for you that you would do well to dry
and powder them and place the powder in a saltshaker
to be sprinkled on all your food as a nutritional supplement."
Called the "King of Weeds" by old timers, the Chinese have known about
the antibacterial properties of the juice of the dandelion since the
7th century. In fact, it is one of the top 6 herbs in the Chinese
medicine chest. In Chinese medicine, it is regarded as a blood
cleanser, tonic, digestive aid, and used in the treatment of diabetes.
It is ground and applied as a poultice to snake bites. In Canada,
dandelion leaves are considered to be safe to eat, and dandelion
root is already marketed as a registered diuretic drug by Health
Canada. Canada imports most of its dandelion from the U.S.A. although
it could be easily cultivated in Canada.
The whole plant is valuable as a general tonic as it is a general
stimulant to the system, particularly the urinary organs. It may be
taken as an infusion of the leaf, a juice extraction, a root
decoction, a fluidextract, or a tincture. Fresh leaves may be added
to salads. The juice extraction is the most potent for medicinal
purposes. The milky latex from dandelion can be used as a mosquito
repellent.
Dr. Peter A. Gail, in his book, "The Dandelion Celebration – The Guide
to Unexpected Cuisine" writes that dandelion eaten as part of your
daily diet prevents or cures liver disease; assists in weight
reduction; cleanses skin and prevents acne; eliminates or drastically
reduces acid indigestion and gas build-up by cutting the heaviness of
fatty foods; lowers serum cholesterol by as much as half; prevents or
lowers blood pressure; prevents or cures various forms of cancer; and
prevents or controls diabetes mellitus, while at the same time having
no negative side effects and selectively acting on only what ails you.

(See www.leaflady.org/health_benefits_of_dandelions.htm for Dr. Gail's
article and research sources and www.goosefootacres.com to explore Dr.
Gail's web site.)
Dandelion leaf is a good natural source of potassium and will
replenish any potassium that may be lost due to the herb's diuretic
action on the kidneys. The leaves are the richest green vegetable
source of beta-carotene, contain more iron and calcium than spinach,
are rich in fiber, sodium, magnesium, Vitamins B-1, B-2, B-5, B-6,
B-12, C, E, P, and D, phosphorous, iron, a good source of protein, and
rich in micronutrients such as copper, cobalt, zinc, and molybdenum.
You can buy dandelion greens at speciality-produce sections of most
grocery stores; leaves, tinctures, and products at organic grocery and
health food stores, or grow your own. Dandelion is considered yellow
energy for chromotherapy purposes. (See Plants, Food Colours, and
Recipes for more information about the science of phytochemistry - the
relationship between a plant's colour and the nutritional value of the
food.)

WARNING If you are harvesting dandelions, make sure the plants have
not been sprayed with any pesticides or herbicides, as they will
contain poisons. Getting rid of lawn dandelions using pesticides may
pose health risks to adults, children, and pets. Go to:

How To Grow
Dandelions are hardy perennials. The deeply toothed leaves grow in a
rosette directly from the root crown. A single cherry-yellow flower
head grows on a hollow leafless stalk. The flower heads consist of
many ray flowers, surrounded by 2 rows of floral bracts, which are
bent backwards. When mature, each seed has its own white parachute or
pappus of long hair-like bristles. These form into a neat white ball,
easily blown apart by the wind or your own breath. An individual
flower head produces up to 200 seeds, and each plant up to 5000 seeds.
  The leaves are 3 - 12 in. (5 – 30 cm) long and 1/2 - 2-1/2 in. (12.5
mm – 6.25 cm) wide, always growing in a basal rosette. The rosette's
immature, tightly wrapped leaf bases just above the top of the root
form a tight `crown.' Dandelion is one of the earliest plants to
bloom in the springtime. In the garden, dandelion is an alternate
host plant for plant diseases such as aster yellows, beet ring spot,
and tobacco streak.
Dandelion requires a long growing season and develops best at low
temperatures.
Sow seeds 1/4 – 1/2 inch (6 – 12.5 mm) deep in May to early summer and
thin seedlings to 8 - 12 in. (20 – 30 cm) apart in the row. The
plants form a rosette of leaves and overwinter in the garden. They
will grow just about everywhere, regardless of soil conditions. They
withstand frost and freezes and will tolerate crowding. A
polyethylene tunnel can be placed over the row to force growth for
late winter or early spring cutting. Dandelions can be grown in the
garden and should be treated similar to lettuce. If grown for a fall
crop, it should be planted in mid-summer. As dandelion is a
perennial, it can become a problem in gardens if allowed to grow
unchecked.

Harvesting
The best time for cutting dandelion leaves is early in the spring,
before flowering. Select the youngest individuals, and avoid all
plants with flowers. Harvest again in late fall. After a frost,
their protective bitterness disappears. Dandelions growing in rich,
moist soil, with the broadest leaves and largest roots, are the best.
Some people eat the greens from spring to fall, when they're very
bitter. Others boil the summer bitterness (and water-soluble
vitamins) out in two changes of water. It's all a matter of preference.
The taproot is edible all year, but is best from late fall to early
spring. Harvest when the plants are of satisfactory size. To
harvest leaves, cut just below the crown with a sharp knife so that
the leaves remain attached. Unharvested plants may be left for use
the following year. Harvest the roots in autumn as the food reserves
from the roots have been used for the production of leaves and flowers
in the spring. Dandelions have a long tap root (as anybody who has
ever tried to get the whole root out of the soil will tell you) so if
you plan to harvest them, a light soil makes it easier to remove them.
Dig roots with a garden fork on a day when a recent rainfall has
softened the ground. Shake as much soil as possible from them before
washing.

Recipes
One of the world's most nutritious and health promoting vegetables
(also classed as a herb), dandelion may be used in salads, teas,
omelettes, juices, gelatins, soup, quiche, pasta dishes, breads,
pizza, gravy, dips, spreads, pies, cookies, jellies, waffles,
fritters, beverages, pudding, and ice cream. All parts of the
dandelion can be used: the leaves for greens, the blossoms for wines,
beer, and jellies, and the roots for coffee. Young leaves are eaten
raw in salads, boiled, steamed, sautéed, fried, or braised. The roots
are eaten raw, or cooked and served as a side dish. Early spring is
the time for the crown - great sautéed, pickled, or cooked in
vegetable dishes. Wine, beer, and jellies are made from the flowers.
Dandelions are a staple in French country cooking; in Russia, the
plant is known as "life-elixir" and the leaves are steamed and served
with sour cream and thinly sliced red onion; Italians chop and sauté
the leaves with garlic and olive oil; the English boil them and toss
with vinegar and salt.

Dandelion Green Salad

Tender, young dandelion greens

6 tbsp. (90 mL) extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp. (15 mL) balsamic vinegar

½ tsp. (2 mL) Dijon mustard

½ tsp. (2 mL) mayonnaise

1 – 2 cloves fresh garlic, finely chopped

Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Combine vinegar, mustard, mayonnaise, and garlic in a bowl and mix
until blended. Slowly pour olive oil into the mixture and whisk
vigorously until emulsified. Pour vinaigrette over greens and toss.
Garnish with croutons, if you wish.

If so desired, you can mix with other greens such as cress, baby
spinach, and arugula.

Sautéed Dandelion Greens

2 lg. bunches dandelion greens

2 tbsp. (25ml) olive oil

1 small onion, chopped

1 clove garlic, chopped

Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Trim the roots off the dandelions (save roots for another dish or dry
and powder for use as a nutritional supplement.). Wash the leaves in
several rinses of cold water to remove all dirt. Drain. Bring 2
quarts (2 L) of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the cleaned
dandelion leaves, reduce heat and cook until tender approximately 8 –
10 minutes or until the leaves are completely wilted and tender. Keep
pushing the greens down if they float above the water. Drain and
allow to cool. Save the liquid and enjoy as a beverage. Boiling
dandelion greens in water makes them milder.
Squeeze the excess moisture from the boiled greens and chop them into
bite-sized pieces, if necessary. In a skillet, heat the oil and cook
the onion until softened. Add the garlic and cook a few minutes
longer. Add the greens and cook until the flavours are absorbed and
the greens are heated through. Season with sea salt and pepper.
Serve immediately.

Remember:

"If dandelions were rare and fragile, people would knock themselves
out to pay $14.95 a plant, raise them by hand in greenhouses,

and form dandelion societies and all that.

But they are everywhere and don't need us and kind of do what they please.

So we call them weeds and murder them at every opportunity."

- Robert Fulgham

"It gives one a sudden start in going down a barren, stony street, to
see upon a narrow strip of grass, just within the iron fence, the
radiant dandelion, shining in the grass, like a spark dropped from the
sun."
       - Henry Ward Beecher

"Dear common flower that grow'st beside the way

Fringing the dusty road with harmless gold

`Tis the spring's largess which she scatters now

To rich and poor alike with lavish hand

Though most hearts never understand

To take it at God's value, but pass by

The offered wealth with unrewarded eye."

- James Russell Lowell

Marv:

Thank you for sharing your results with Combetic and other
supplements. In my own personal case, I find it is easier to control
and maintain proper blood sugars as long as I maintain consistant
exercise and quality nutrition. I have been on Combetic since last
Summer and find no lack or decrease in effectiveness. There have
been many cases where a change in healthy diet and increased
exercise has helped reverse type II diabetes alone. Everyone is
different and I am interested in everyone's comments on what works
for them. If you need some advice on herbal dosages, I suggest you
contact an herbalist that may help you. We have a herbalist now that
is promoting Combetic. Her name is Marg Niren and you can e-mail her
at: healthfulling@...

The following is Dr. Joseph Khoo's comments:
We do not advise stopping Combetic altogether. Use should be
continued regularly and on a dosage that is as low as possible.
There is no reduction in the effectiveness of Combetic over time.
However, if Combetic is stopped for a period of time and for
whatever reason, ( including those who follow the advise given to
stop for a period and restart later), the blood sugar will go back
to high levels again.

In some, it is faster. For some, it takes longer for the blood sugar
to rise.

We do not object to those who want to take other supplements with
Combetic. We do believe that Combetic is sufficient to take care of
their diabetes. However, if supplements are taken for other reasons,
they can continue it.

I hav been able to reduce my daily morning glucose readings from the
250-400 range by following the plan outlined below, but mainly from the
use of Combetic. My readings now are in the range 79-135 depending on the
quality and length of sleep I get and how far I stray from the diet
recommended by the Eades book. I have followed Dr. Khoo's advice and am
now able to maintain these glucose readings using 1 1/2 tables daily: 1/2
at each of breaffast, lunch, and bedtime.

I have been following the eating regamin presented in the book "Protein
Power Lifeplan" by the Eades. The book also contains a table of suppliment
dosages that has a special column for diabetics. The dosages in that
column exceed those for "normal" people, and I have been following their
recommendations for those suppliments.

The table appears as a two page spread on pages 410-411. Her is that table:
Eades micronutriet recommendations from their book "The Protein Power Lifeplan":

Nutrient Basic health Diabetes
Vitamin A (as Beta Carotene) 25,000 IU 25,000 IU
Vitamin C 200 mg 500 mg
Vitamin D3 400 IU 400 IU
Vitamin E (mixed) 400 IU 800 IU
Vitamin K1 100 mcg 100 mcg

Folate 800 mcg 800 mcg
Vitamin B12 500 mcg 500 mcg
Pantothenic Acid 400 mg 400 mg
Calcium 300 mg 300 mg
Magnesium 400 mg 600 mg
Chromium (as Niacin bound or Picolinate) 200 mcg 1000 mcg
Selenium 100 mcg 100 mcg
Zinc 15 mg 15 mg
Copper 1.5 mg 1.5 mg
Manganese 2 mg 2 mg
Molybdenum 100 mcg 100 mcg
Boron 3 mg 3 mg
Potassium 99 mg 396 mg
Alpha Lipoic Acid 200 mg 600 mg
Bilberry 500 mg 500 mg
L-Carnitine 2 grams
CoQ10 100 mg 100 mg
Vanadyl Sulphate 5-10 mg

NOTE: I have aligned diabetes specific increased doses to the left

I have also been following the recommendations on diabetic specific
suppliments from the book "A Promise Made, A promise Kept", chapter 7.
There, the author recommends (without dosage specifications -- citing FDA
edicts against that) for SEVEN things:

Cinnamon
Bitter melon
Gymnema sylvestry
Nopal cactus
American gunseng
Fenugreek
Chromium

I would appreciate any advice on dosages, which the book's author says the
FDA has prohibited him from giving.

FINALLY, I have seen the suggestion that one refrain from continuous use
of some suppliments and recommending a monthly "vacation" from some to
reduce the tendency to develop a tolerance that necessitates higher and
higher dosages to get the same effect. I have NOT seen any recommendation
for or against continuous use of the SEVEN things above. Can anyone please
comment on this?

My testimonial starts with a prayer, well, a lot of prayers to which I
feel the Robin Roberts, Lois Roberts, Dr. Josheph, and Combetic were
all answers.

After many days of my FBS sugar readings in the mid to high 200's, and
feeling exsauted, and down right lousy, I prayed. I received an email
from Robin Roberts that said he had found a product that was helping
him feel much better. I figured I'd give it a try. I started on
Combetic in the begining on August, 2005. Dr. Joseph worked with me to
adjust the insulin. Before Combetic, I was getting Fasting blood sugar
readings of approx. 190's-240's on 28 units of Lantus at night. As Dr.
Joseph and I worked together, we have been able to reduce my insulin to
18 units in combination with 4 Combetic tablets at night. My FBS have
been between 170 and 190 with an occsional 145-160. This is on 10
Units less insulin! My energy levels have risen and I feel much
better. I am hoping that with time, Combetic continues to restore my
health and futher reduce my need for insulin.

The BIG difference between Combetic and other herbal products is that the staff of Third Day Resources "walks" our customers through the initial stages of beginning Combetic.  What we have found is that not everyone does well on this product.  There are a lot of health issues that have an effect on how individuals do.  Every diabetic is different and it takes this personal mentoring to help our customers get to the correct dosage for them.  With some people, it's half tablet each meal, some 1 tablet with each meal, while others it's also a tablet before bedtime.  It is our primary concern and responsibility to advise each customer as they go along.

We don't want people unintentionally harming themselves just because the product is "natural".  Some care and guidance is still needed. We sincerely care for each one of you and for all of our future customers.

We are not offering a "cure" whereby the diabetic can do without therapy and diet control. We believe in using Combetic as an "alternative therapy" to achieve good sugar control and reverse/stop the complications of diabetes.

Over time, many Combetic users are able to reduce the amount of Combetic taken. We do not offer a "cure" whereby the customer replaces all of their medications with Combetic and then stops taking Combetic and lives out the rest of their lives with no diabetes symptoms. If a Combetic user wants to eat a high carb. meal, they should take a recommended extra half or full tablet with the meal.

Every diabetic that takes Combetic has personal  positive results which effects their medication amounts, physical well being, relationships, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. To be able to "function" better as a human being gives the Combetic user a second chance on life. Anyone with these types of changes in their life cannot help to shout for joy and tell others who are suffering with this disease that there is Hope for a Better life with each New Day Dawning.

For me, I plan on it being a life time requirement.  Mary, I read somewhere that diabetics who do the insulin/meds protocol fair no better than those who do nothing. I can get insulin and Glucovance free at the nearest military pharmacy. I was doing all that until I read what I was in for over the long haul.   I choose to buy Combetic.  It's safe and it works.  But I have to do some things, too.   As long as we watch what we eat  and when we eat, insulin resistance and high blood sugar will be at a minimum. I believe there have been many who have "cured" their diabetes.  They have a strong commitment and determination to not do like some of us who just have to have that carb smart ice cream or too much bread during the holidays or that piece of cake.  You know.  I see people at work who say they are diabetic and buy that soda pop and some chips or cookies and think they are taking care of themselves because they do insulin or meds.  I tell them about Combetic and the website.  I would even wear a shirt to work that has the website on it if I had one. :) lol.   My whole life was filled with years of self abuse and bad food choices and drinking soda pop instead of pure clean water.  I will be 60 soon.  I'm just hoping that the cost of Combetic will decline as more people find and use it to help them instead of dangerous drugs that don't work over the long haul.  Good luck and be happy.  Have a great 2006.

It was comforting to read your post, Patricia.  I've gotten wise about the drugs for a few years now. ;)  I saw a doctor last January after spending a year seeing his nurse practitioner who tried to "prepare" me through intimidation that Dr. G would not be happy that I was refusing their prescribed drug protocol for what they believe were serious health risks.  The first and only time I actually saw Dr. G, he told me that he could not be my doctor as long as I refused to do the drugs.  He was rude and condescending and not someone who I would want to "manage" my health care concerns.  I am running out of test strips and my old doctor told my husband he would take me back if I would sign a waiver about the drugs.  I can get any drug free through my husband's military retiree benefits at the nearest military pharmacy.  If I get in to see him this January, I can sign up with Optigen Labs to get my testing supplies delivered to my door through TriCare Prime, a military insurance provider.  Even if I have to do without the Combetic, which does work very well for me, I will not go back to the drugs, I don't care if they are free.  But I'm working on it. :)  We have a leaking roof and the power line is about to pull loose from where it is attached to the house and when it quits raining, we have someone who will do the work without us having to forfeit an arm or a leg.  lol.  Wish me luck and keep the prayers going.

My name is Patricia Rich and I am a Diabetic type 2.
In the last year or two my husband and I have become disillusioned with
modern medicine and we set out to get me off of some of the drugs
they had me on and to improve our health naturally.
So far I am down to only two drugs instead of ten .For my diabetes I
tried an herbal combination from a local health food store and after
30 days I didn't see any results. My husband who researches better ways
toward health for us noticed a lot of good being said about combetic,
so he thought it would be worth a try.We were a bit skeptical because the
other product didn't help at all.We were very pleased to see results
within 24 hours. I began with a small amount ,one half a pill twice a
day along with my other medication, Metformin which gives me constant
loose bowel movements.Three months later I am completely off the
Metformin and my blood sugar regularly runs 115/120 as compared to
150/200 with Metformin.I do have some of the side effects listed with
the combetic though they are mild, but a good trade off from what I
had with the drugs. The Metformin was losing its affect and a doctor
wanted to add Avandia.I flatly refused the Avandia and the doctor said
many people do,indicating to me that people are getting wise to drugs.

This is a responce to Patricia's testimony:

Thank You Patricia for sharing the good results with Combetic. I
think most of us can relate to realizing that there is a lack of
effective alternative sources for diabetes. This is a huge reason
why we need to share this good news to the public.

I am sharing this information with you from Dr. Joseph Mercola, who
recommends alternative medicine and a healthy diet:

Alternative Vs. Conventional: Why Don't Doctors Get It

If you live in the United States and need medical care or treatment
for a disease you can follow one of two paths to better health--
conventional or alternative. In making this decision it is important
to know the differences between the two practices.

A Comparison of Conventional to Alternative Medicine

Conventional (Disease-based Model)

Offers the best medicine in surgeries or trauma care

Treatment of immune health-related conditions routinely consists of
prescribing drugs or recommending medical procedures, which are
often invasive

Targets treating symptoms, not the underlying causes

Treats the human body in parts, not as a whole

Medical schools are set up by organ specific departments that don't
share any kind of relationship with one another

The shaping of conventional medical doctors is based upon
using "rescue medicine," not finding treatment and prevention
alternatives for illnesses

Alternative Medicine (Prevention-based Model)

Approaches medical treatment by placing its focus primarily on
proactive measures

Treats the condition, not the symptoms

More cost effective

Treatment targets the whole body

The growing number of people turning to alternative therapies is
growing stronger and is becoming more and more the chosen form of
medical treatment among Americans.

Just consider these statistics:

One out of every three Americans uses some kind of alternative
medicine.

Between 1990 and 1997 there was a 47 percent increase in visits to
alternative practitioners, from 427 million to 629 million,
bypassing the estimated total number of visits made to all
conventional primary care doctors in 1997.

As these statistics reveal the rapidly increasing number of people
choosing alternative therapies as a form of treatment, the debated
question among the health care industry is, "Why don't more
conventional doctors recommend alternative medicine?"

Please let me know if anyone would like their testimony about
Combetic posted on the website. It will be up to the members of this
forum to decide if we should open this forum to the public.

Robin:

Deborah Ray from Healthy Talk Radio said in a broadcast that the lack of food quality  that we eat contributes to this out of control epidemic. She said that if we could concentrate on eating more whole grains, foods with good fats and exercise more, it would address or take care of 80% of all diabetes. The number one country with the most diabetes is India. Their diet contributes to the high numbers. China ranks number 2 in the world and the U.S. is number 3. Americans have a fast food lifestyle and an ever increasing processed food production to contribute to our "quickie low quality meals."  Even when we do eat "right", vitamin and mineral supplementation is still needed in order to try and stay healthy. Our food continues to lack nutrients and minerals because of Man's non-observant ways of taking care of the land mentioned in Deuteronomy 25:1-5. Verse 4 states that the seventh year is a Sabbath year for the land in order to allow the soil to replenish itself of the nutrients and minerals it needs to grow healthy crops the following year. We reap what we sow. Amen?

Hello Everyone:

I found a rich source of alternative health information today called
Healthy Talk Radio with Deborah Ray which is part of the program of:
Health Radio Network at: http://www.healthradionetwork.com/index.php

To catch live and recorded short talks by Deborah Ray go to:
http://www.healthytalkradio.com/

LISTEN TO "HEALTHY TALK RADIO" MONDAY- FRIDAY 11AM -NOON AND SUNDAY
5PM TO 7PM EASTERN TIME ON SIRIUS SATELLITE RADIO CHANNEL 114.

Deborah Ray has been bringing quality health information to radio
listeners since 1982! She became a firm believer in alternative
medical techniques when she was told she needed a colostomy at the
age of 23. She chose the alternative route instead, and embarked on
a lifelong exploration of the use of natural products and methods to
deal with disease. But most of all, she's a medical consumer, just
like you!

Deborah has been consistently named among the top 100 most important
talk radio hosts in America by Talkers Magazine, and has been host
and speaker for numerous seminars and events since 1994. She is a
member on the American Society of Medical Technologists, American
Society of Clinical Pathologists, and Florida Society of Clinical
Pathologists. Her academic awards include National Merit Scholar and
the Bausch and Lomb Physics Award. Ms. Ray has a BS in Medical
Technology from the University of Kentucky, a MS in Immunology from
the University of Louisville, and is certified by the American
Society of Clinical Pathologists. Deborah's late husband the show's
cofounder Donald J. Carrow, M.D. was a tremendous contributor to the
program. Deborah now lives in Clearwater, FL with their seven (!!!)
long-haired Chihuahuas.

I have sent a press release to Deborah Ray about Combetic and plan
to listen to her live to be able to call in with comments or
questions.

I have already learned this from listening to Deborah: 20% of
everyone over the age of 20 has type II diabetes according to the
National Center of Health and Statistics.

If anyone has any interesting sources of health information, please
share it with us.

Be Blessed Everyone,
Rob

I signed up last night after I had gotten home from work but didn't
post until this morning because I was tired and needed to get to
bed. :)
This is truly very exciting. The new Combetic Family. How
intriguing. I am a wife, mother, and grandmother. I will be married
37 years January 12 and I will turn 60 just before that on January
2nd. I have been using Combetic for a few months now. I have
talked with Dr. Khoo by phone. When I behave, Combetic works for
me. I haven't done the insulin/meds thing now for a few years and
I'm doing fine. I feel good and work hard at my job and around my
house. Not that many years ago, I was a different person. I had to
quit my job because I was so burned out. I thought. After a mild
heart attack, triple bypass surgery and being diagnosed with type 2
diabetes, I found myself in the mainstream medical trap. I was in a
doctor's waiting room more than I ever wanted. Then I started
reading about alternative, natural, nutritional approaches to my
medical concerns. I started visiting the HSI forum and found
Dr.Khoo. I hope to be able to continue with the Combetic plan to
help me keep my blood sugar levels in line. Thanks, Dr. Joseph, for
being a real doctor. Hugs from Florida

I've had two back surgeries, numerous other health issues and
complications, as well as lots of interface with U.S. medical
personnel, including the time I've been disabled due to active duty,
U.S. military service.

Not ONCE, bar none, in my 45 years of life did any actual medical
DOCTOR ever take the time to personally telephone me.

Dr. Khoo did so on SEVERAL occasions over several months - to check
up on me and my progress after I had started taking "Comfmighty" to
control my blood glucose. And this was from halfway around the
world - from Malaysia to the central time zone in Florida, USA! (I
believe his local time was 1:00 - 2:00 AM!!!)

I would trust this man's medical advice for any issue he would
choose to advise me or my family members on.

U.S. American so-called "doctors" could learn a few things from Dr.
Joseph!

I hope and pray all Combetic users and associates of Third Day
Resources have a healthy, wonderful Merry Christmas and a very Happy
and Prosperous New Year!

Third Day Resources Announces New Product, Geniux for Enhanced
Sexual Performance, Improved Immune System, and Circulation for Men

Americans to treat medical conditions and promote health.

Geniux effectivly increases libido, empowering sexual drive and
function, creates greater stamina and erection hardness, increases
