Rick:
I'm very glad you hung in there with Combetic. What diet changes did
you make? What type of exercise do you do? My biggest battles are my
morning blood sugar readings. Consider yourself very blessed to be
doing so well now. Please keep us informed of your progress.
Be Blessed,
Rob

the keys I believe is that I changed my diet and began to excerise. I
also take vitalagy which has a lot of alpha lipoic acid but i am not
sure what is really doing the trick. I have also cut back on my
metformin from 2000mg to 1000mg because I was getting blood sugar
reading during the day of 70. My morning readings were normall 140 to
200 the past three months with a 9.2% A1c, which is what scared me to
make a change. Now my morning reading are 110 to 123. Outstanding I
believe. Right? I know I will be able to completely stop the Metformin
and do all the control I need with Combetic. I am just not sure what
the dose will be. God Bless.
