Dear Catman Dude,
You are correct to have your mom on Omega 3 oils. We all are deficient in these wonderful oils. We mostly eat Omega 6's in our SAD(standard american diet). The omega 3 oils do many things, one of which is make the blood flow better, and also works as an anti-inflammatory. It helps the cells have better and more flexible cell walls so that the glucose can get into and the toxins can get out of the cell. I have found that Nordic Naturals has the most pristine and non toxic (no mercury) in their Omega 3 oils. You can check out this company by going to www.nordicnaturals.com and see how good they are. I wouldn't use any other brand, though I am sure there are some other good ones out there. I check out the companies I do business with and try my best to have the most professional and best quality products on hand. I also have these in stock here in Nuhealth nutritional therapy. Sometimes people need other oils like flaxseed instead of fish oils. Depends on the individual.
I you are looking for a quality Omega 3, I can help you, just e-mail me seperately and I will discuss your individual needs.
