Just want to add that the Konjac mannan does help with the blood
sugar and weight loss. It is a source of fiber. Apparantly the
glucomannan fiber from Konjac expands up to 50 times its weight
providing hunger curbing fullness and satisfaction on less food. It
is an appetite reducer and helps encourage the body to burn fat for
fuel. I carry this product also. The only problem is that some
people have developed constipation if they do not drink enough water
with this.
