A Combetic success story...   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #169 of 179 |
I started using Combetic in early 2006. I was pleased with the results.

Recently, I managed to run out during the "supply crisis" and went for
about a month without any. Not a good idea.

I resumed use after I received a care package from the new limited
supply. Here are the last few days of my fasting glucose numbers,
starting with the first day after having no Combetic:

166
155
131
160
136 << very little food the previous day
193
191
172
202
159
170
179 << resumed this day; this reading is from the previous day w/o Combetic
114
117

My meals every day include a very controlled diet with no "white
menace" food (and low glycemic food otherwise) and as much
exercise as I am able to do. I also eat bitter melon every day and
drink guava and Jiaogulan tea most days.

Life with diabetes is a struggle:
thank God, Rob and Lois, and Dr. Kooh for Combetic!
