Hi everyone,
I have actually been a member of the group for a while now, but have not
gotten into it. Now, I am interested in trying the Coconut Diet. But I
would like some feedback from anyone out there.
I am 39 years old
Male
6'2" tall
300 lbs
Diabetic type 2
High Blood Pressure
Not active, but not a couch potatoe either
Is there anyone out there under a similar situation that is doing the
diet or has tried the diet and what results did they have?
how long do I have to do it before I start seeing any results?
What are some of the side effects of it?
Is there like a maximum time restraint or limit of which I must not do
the diet? Like for example, don't do the diet for longer than . . .
Any and all suggestions and advise will be appretiated.
