Hi Cherie,

I think they might. It's one of the side affects, and Dr. Atkins advised
that it might be harder to lose while on them. Since I have chronic
clinical depression, I'm hesitant to come off of them just yet. My whole
world is nothing but dark and bleak when I'm not on the meds. I'll just
have to try to do my best with them. I'm hoping that, with improved
health and a bolstered immune system, eventually I'll be able to come
off of them.

Thanks for the suggestion, and I'll monitor how I feel once I start
whole hog on this.

Do you have any ideas where I might find fresh, young coconuts, or at
least pesticide free coconuts? I love just eating the meat. I've gotten
the coconut oil and coconut cream that Dr. Mercola sells, and I could
get ground coconut from the health food store, but I didn't know if it
might be more economical to make stuff from the coconut itself.
