Hello all--
I've been consistently gaining a pound a week since I started eating
coconut oil (3-4 tbls/day). I have tried to stick with it but am
growing out of all of my clothes.
I have searched high and low to find possible negative consequences
from EVCO and only find the positive "hype" and weight loss stories. I
did, however, stumble on something last night.
In a book related to good fats and low carb diet I found a statement
that said something like, "If you're not thriving on coconut oil
consumption (from a weight loss perspective) you probably have type O
blood." Does anyone know about this theory?
When I researched it on Google I found all kinds of info on the "eat
for your blood type diet" and how people with type O blood should avoid
coconut. Many authorities, however, feel this diet is hokey. What are
your thoughts?
