I have not got the book yet but believe me I have tried the diet and it truely
works, I am not even too serious about it yet as I am going to california for a
week and when I get back I am going to do it serouisly. Even just changeing my
oil for coconut oil makes a difference. I am still doing the Atkins thing and
have lost about 15 ponds, still have another 20 to go but it does work. Thanks
