Yes, ideally I have about 30 more pounds to lose.I would be happy with 20
more.
Cleanses.just last week I did a liver / gallbladder cleanse, different from
the process than in the book only because that is the one I had used before
and it was very effective. I am averaging about a 3 lb per week weight loss
and that is without exercise, so I'm happy about that, but now that the
weather is getting nicer I plan to get out there and walk again.
I feel really good on this diet, not deprived, though once in awhile I get a
hankering for chocolate. Last Sunday I did have some, but then I went right
back to schedule on Monday with no consequences except that Monday was a
little harder because my body remembered the chocolate from the before!
Ahhh.sweet memories (-: !!! I think I have more motivation on this diet
because the coconut oil is satisfying and I'm not constantly hungry.
Onward and upward.we CAN do it!!

I sure will. You are exactly right about so many people suffering with
thyroid disorders, some unknown to them. It can make your weight loss even
harder. Hopefully I won't have the problem. I will let you know how my
thyroid is doing, and also my weight loss.
I would love to hear how everyone else is doing on the Coconut Diet with
weight loss or health improvement. Judy, do you have much more weight to
lose? Thanks for the encouragement. I am really excited. Have you went
through phase 2 with the different cleanses?
