Hello!

This is a group of people dedicated to helping others cope with their pain, and hopefully refer them to a good doctor in their area.

Because we deal specifically with "intractable/chronic" pain patients, the following rules MUST be followed. Anyone caught breaking any of these rules will be banned immediately.

We are here to help and support you. We will do everything in our "power" to get you to a good doctor. Because we are just starting out, it will take time to find "Pain Reps" in your state/area. Please be patient as I will try hard to find someone in your state to help you. I will act as the Pain Representative for the State of Connecticut.

Following are the rules you must follow to become a member of our group:

At no time shall any doctor's name be posted in any
message.

AT NO TIME shall ANYONE offer their medications (if this rule is broken, this person shall be banned without explanation immediately).

Before ANY patient is referred, they will fill out a "pain list" and email it to me or his/her state pain rep. **These forms will be created soon**.

Absolutely no foul language, sexual advances, slamming, or hurting other group members. Remember! We are here to help and support, not hurt!!!!

The above rules may be changed, added, deleted at any time by me. I encourage and accept suggestions for adding to these rules. Remember, I am brand new at this and will learn more as time goes on. Our main focal point is to help others in pain, as well as protect our doctors.

As time goes on, I will have a "chat" room with regular "meetings" and socialization. We all need to "talk" and encourage each other.
